 Recognizing that our area of Sacramento County has a high infection rate, but few supportive services available for those living positive, the outreach ministries of Valley Hi Covenant Church began to look for partners to assist and empower this often overlooked population of people who live and work in our midst. Over the past six months we have met regularly with those living HIV/AIDS+ to determine what needs are priority and how best to assist with these needs through community effort. |
